On the afternoon of June 13, 2023, the opening ceremony of the cooperation agreement to establish a Legal Translation Research and Practice Base and the Symposium on Foreign-related Legal Talent Cultivation took place at the Haidian Campus, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). China International Communications Group (CICG) Academy of Translation and Interpretation (ATI) and Leaqual Law Firm were invited by the School of Foreign Studies of CUPL to join in the ceremony. Huang Yulong, Secretary of Party General Branch and President of CICG ATI, Xing Yutang, Vice President of CICG ATI, Zhang Yaming, Deputy Director of Translation and Interpretation Research Department, Yang Yang, Officer of CICG ATI, Dai Zhiyong, Founder and Director of Leaqual Law Firm, Hu Changhua, Deputy Director of Leaqual Law Firm, Prof. Li Guoqiang, Chair of the School Council, Prof. Zhang Qing, Dean of the School of Foreign Studies, Prof. Zhang Yanping, Vice Chair of the School Council, Prof. Tian Linan, Vice Dean of the School of Foreign Studies，and some teachers and students of the School attended the ceremony.
