On April 13, 2023, Xing Yutang, Vice President of CICG Academy of Translation and Interpretation (ATI), council member of Translators Association of China (TAC) and extramural supervisor of the Education Center for the Master of Translation and Interpreting (MTI) of the School of Foreign Studies, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), delivered a lecture on the implementation major translation tasks and cultivation of high-level translation talent. This lecture was sponsored by the School of Foreign Studies, CUPL, and was moderated by Prof. Tian Linan, Vice Dean of the School of Foreign Studies and Director of the Education Center for MTI. Prof. Li Guoqiang, Chair of the School Council, Prof. Xu Jun and some teachers from the Institute of Translation and Interpreting and all MTI students attended this lecture.
